A conversation with a bigot: Bigot: Why do you fight for gay and lesbians rights? Are you one of them? Me: Have you ever dipped your hand in boiling water? Bigot: Youve got to be crazy to put your hands in boiling water because its hot. Me: Really? how do you know its hot then? Have you ever ingested cyanide or arsenic? We all know that its poisonous, but we dont need to sample it to prove it. There are things that you dont have to personally experience before advocating, I never tried marijuana but Im personally convinced that it has therapeutic values. One doesnt have to be gay to advocate for their rights, civil liberty is a birthright of everyone, gay or straight. Youve got to be a hypocrite to believe that being straight makes you a better person, I have many friends who are LGBTs, all I can say is that they are much better and productive member of the society than some of the straight people I know. #hypocrites #bigots #judgementalidiots
