A cool (young&blk) local man, who is an artist did this song I think deserves a listen 2. Real name is Adam, graduate of Riverway Learning Community in Winona. He attempted to hold the first largest hiphop music fest here recently, featuring local artist via music/craft/other and paid for it with his own money. Taye and I attended some of the event to meet him, and show luv. Had area talent as well as out of town show up, which was not bad for its first time, at the Lake Winona band shell which is normally known for Orchestras and Family Picnics sponsored by business to a partnered community that is less diverse~ The weather was beautiful that day, and I believe for his first attempt at such a wonderful thing, in a small town, is a great deal that deserves some credit! We bought his wristbands to help support his cause, mentioning that having such a gathering no matter how big or small is an impact on children like mine to see people like them!
