A fake report saying that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and Cowboys tight end Jason Witten made an “admission” is from a “satire” sports news website. Empire Sports, which doesn’t publish any real news reports, posted the Romo and Witten story. The website has a disclaimer that says it is a “satirical and entertainment website.” “Empire Sports uses invented names in all its stories, except in cases when public figures are being satirized. Any other use of real names is accidental and coincidental,” it reads. The Romo and Witten satire, published weeks ago, started going viral this week. It reads: “None of the Cowboy players or staff could comment on this story. But with this story just breaking out expect a major whirlwind of media looking for any and all comments on this story from any and all people in the spotlight who will give their opinion on this. But the biggest question is what happens to the Cowboys next season?” On Tuesday and Wednesday, numerous people shared it. There since cowboy haters cant seem to stop talking about the cowboys especially during baseball and basketball season... Theres the proof the haters are everywhere
