A fantastic way to train t-spine mobility, core strength and getting your hips onboard with rest of your body is to go Around the World. We saw this at RSBC earlier this week and if done correctly, can provide great benefits. Start with something light, like a towel or band. Start SLOW. Rotate around the body, pivoting hips and keeping elbows tight to body. This can also serve as a slower rehab movement. For more of a metabolic training effect, slowly increase speed/weight of object (as seen in video).
