A few pointer on exercise without a gym but you get small equipment or use thinks around the house. Walking a bit faster than normal ,coming off a bus stop earlier, press ups if you not too strong from the kneeling position as much as you can till tired when recovered repeat, sit ups. Dancing to music arm twirling, side bends, get a litre of milk or best still after you use the milk fill with water and lift.30 min about 5 days a week. swimming ,cycling any thing which makes you sweat .You must not skip breakfast and eat plenty of fruit and vegs.
