A friend of mine left a little massage gadget at my house - the kind the attaches to the back of a chair - you sit in the chair, it massages your back in a kneading fashion. I always lay it flat on the ground and lay on it, because I like deep pressure. So, previously, when Ive used it, the first couple of minutes are a little uncomfortable as it works out the worst knots and then it moves on to enjoyable. Helps me slept on tense nights. Well... I tried using it tonight, and Im maybe 11 minutes into this process and it still sounds like the massager and the knots are grinding gears that arent matching up... So, apparently, I might be a bit more physically stressed than usual. Whod a thunk, right?! Either way Im not getting off this thing until my back is ground into tenderized, supple meat. Really makes a difference in my singing! I must be able to relax! You too! Lets all relax for a second, eh?! xx
