A friend of mine who is a custom boutique drum builder helped me turn this 1970s Ludwig tom into a 18 x 12 bass drum with bowtie lugs to go with my Club Dates. I love the club dates, and I loved having an 18 for smaller gigs, but recently Im in a position where I never use this drum anymore and dont need it anymore. Id be looking to sell it, would be a great drum for anybody who has a Club Date and wants to add on a drum to pseudo match. Maybe get a wrap and put a sparkle finish on it? The details: The bass drum spurs are Gibraltar but have no springs so I just unscrew them take them off and then put them on in the rest or playing position. The kit has a Dunnet Rail mount. One of the tension rods is just barley long enough to make it to the lug, I usually put on the tension rods around it and tighten it just a hair and then put on the short one, I planned to find a longer one to fit, but hey this works.....
