A friends piece of jewelry I wear only on days I feel daring. So, this morning i added it to my day. I know I am calling Drama . I knowingly invited it in ..again. This inanimate object brings on craziness just as sure as Fridays brings on smiles. I cannot explain it. Before 10 am , It led me into three separate weird and not too harmful encounters. I left unscathed with each. . I have worn this on and off for several years , each time worth a story. It often has to do with stuff around relationships. A simple beautiful necklace I wore first on the runway years ago at the STRUTS event at the Orpheum. That was a strong changing time and maybe that is the seat of its power. On the Rez, I can understand because it is how things are. Blessed and cursed are some objects .Energy are bestowed on blessed objects . In a city full of people from all walks of life, I try to rationalize it to no avail. I understand that it has a purpose and I leave it its job. On slow and near boring days, I slip it on still. I think I will stay in my studio for the time being. I slipped the simple neo-native designed silver on leather onto a pair of heels someone left at the studio.
