A great article on making a difference for wildlife on your own property. We have been creating, expanding and monitoring our vernal pools and wetland areas for amphibians for several years. If you have a love of wildlife there are so many ways you can make a difference. See how one man built a pond and they came. We jokingly say "build it and they will come". Whether you want to attract birds, butterflies or these amphibians there are so many small things you can do to create a habitat for them. Over the winter we will be working on the areas on our property at Beagle Ridge Herb Farm and Environmental Education Center.
