A judge was hearing a visibly angry atheist complaining about the bias governments were having against atheists. Asking him to pinpoint a specific area where governments are wrong and partial, the judge persuaded the plaintiff to throw more on the subject. The atheist replied if our government is secular and provide equal rights to all; and all religions have their own holidays then why don’t we (atheists) have one to celebrate our own leaders, heroes, and beliefs. With all respect and without any malice, the judge ordered the atheist to freely use the 1st day of April for any of their festival programs. Receiving rather a bitter yet fit holiday grant from the court, the angry atheist left the courtroom depressed and disgusted within him.
