A kind of real estate investment: Cemetery investment. An increase of rate of population growth, is mostly accompanied with increase of rate of mortality, especially in undeveloped countries. Due to mortality, place for burying is a must depending on our culture, and for reason of land use planning, it is not allowed to bury everywhere. As an investor, you can buy land where it can be allowed for this activity, and charge money to any one who wants to bury a body of his/her person. And then start making money! It is in a form of selling graves. I some countries rich people buy graves in advance, just for reservation. As a prudent investor, advance payments will help to raise finance for other investments. Please this is a serious kind of real estate investment. Cant these be applied in Rwanda? Yes, because for example in Kigali, soon Rusororo gonna be full.
