A ladies response to me when I offered her my on-line training program as an option ( since I live out of her area ) was.. That would never work for me, all I need is an ass whippin in the gym.. My response to her was... Good luck. What most people find is that good workouts in the gym are only one piece of the puzzle of dropping fat, getting stronger, smaller and healthier. Before you invest in a trainer, make sure they utilize tools like; 1.) Precise goals with emotional reasons why you want to get leaner & healthier, writing them down and read them out loud every day 2.) Having a structured, sensible, proven eating plan; utilize food log follow ups to talk about areas for improvement 3.) Having a weekly progress waistline check in. To find out what is working and what is not working and to make weekly changes if necessary 4.) A smart workout plan consisting of 2-3 resistance training sessions and 1-2 interval cardio sessions per week.
