A leading Tour Operator in Century City, Cape Town, wishes to employ an experienced German speaking Travel Administrator to join their team. The company specialises in tour packages and travel arrangements for various Southern and Easter African regions. The right candidate will provide first class service to their staff, agents and clients and will update and maintain various overviews as well as arrange various travel services. Responsibilities: Special Services Book staff travel as required Assist with travel arrangements for Managers Process, administrate and reconcile the FOC Transfers Process, administrate and reconcile car rental allocations Organise workshops / site inspection and supplier presentations Create / translate itineraries & travel documentation for clients doing self-drives Back-up for the Customer Care Agent Input all complaints received onto a database and Tourplan Investigate all complaints thoroughly and ensure response deadlines are met Update the overseas agents continuously on the current status of the complaints Back-up for Corporate Consultant Process all flight travel and assist with reservations, changes and cancellations on Galileo. Produce all relevant documentation required before travel. Set up PTA’s, TOD’s and E-tickets with the airlines if necessary. Respond timeously to price quotation requests and queries. Remain updated on Galileo Systems, training and updates. Requirements: · Min 2 years’ experience in inbounding/ admin experience in Tour Operator (ideally in Southern Africa) · Proven work experience with Galileo Flight Booking system · Tourplan knowledge finitely advantageous · Being Fluent in English and German (written & spoken) is absolutely necessary · Excellent knowledge of Southern Africa · Very well organized and superb attention to detail · Good knowledge of MS Office If you meet the above requirements and want to find out more please send your CV to esther[at]germanplacements.co.za
