A little different post for me today but... There is so much going on for those I love and care about and I am so glad that I can lift them in prayer. Those who know me well and some of my history, it wasnt always so with prayer. I struggled, floundering about its worth, I believed that others were heard but (at the time) mine werent and in the grief, with a black pit in my soul, it was the loneliest, isolated place I had ever been. Just a few minutes ago I heard a piano version that my friend Smokymtn Santa had posted, of In The Garden, which made me think of the time I heard Roger Williams play the song Sweet Hour of Prayer and how it confirmed for me how much I had grown from the place of floundering to a place of peace I wish I could give to others. There were many people from my CW days that helped me through a lot of my floundering, but none more than Laura Dotts. I would like to thank you again Laura for being so open about your own faith journey and so understanding and helpful of mine. We dont communicate much but please know, I love you for that, always will.
