A little (perhaps a large) life message: Remember that we all have different perspectives and that none of us see the world through the exact same set of eyes. This time of year for some is very bright and joyous, for others not. Be mindful of the fact that people have their own stories, lives and histories and that it is neither fair to assume based on status, career, race nor age that those things should be a certain way. Or for us to question, try to force change on them, the moment, or their experiences. True compassion, I believe, is respectfully allowing these differences in energies or otherwise and focusing on our own. You own your own stuff not everyone elses. Nothing is yours to take on but your own. This is not a personal message, just something to be shared and contemplated. And also most certainly applicable all year round. Be well. #bodiesbyj
