A lot happened this week. We want everybody to know that our liquor license came in the mail yesterday.We are so thrilled, now we are almost ready to open. We have been meeting with liquor salesmen to stock our bar with everything you want. We also met with Brian and Paul from Cleatus Farms who will be providing us with hydroponic lettuce, swiss chard and kale. Their greens are exceptional. We met with Jason Friedman from Lowland farms to discuss using their meats, which are sustainable grazed and responsibly raised. We also talked with Quaker Creek about using their products. Very exciting.
