A major part of ministering to the multitudes is to give them consolation during times of troubles. Answering their many questions about God. Many things we do (our reasonable services) minister Christ a whole lot more than talking about Him. They are seeing who the Lord is by our deeds and conducts. There are times when we have to counsel others. Life happens to us all. We need to take advantage of every opportunity to show love and be there to direct them to the Lord. After a tragedy or disaster occurs people always ask where was God. They need to make sense of these things. When we answer their questions with what the scriptures say about such things they are more likely to appreciate the honesty rather than telling them they need not to be concerned with any of that. It seem evasive. Therefore they perceive all Believers to be evasive. But when you can talk to them and let them know who God is and explain His mercies through those troublesome times, they are more likely to view the message as user friendly. And this leads to more questions...usually the right kinds of questions. Be blessed.
