A massive congratulations to the women who attended class tonight (minus KB!)!! As you can see below- 16 group members completed my HIIT session at the riverside park. AMAZING! So so proud of each of you! Hope you paid the instructor/s accordingly?! ha! Ive had time to reflect on our classes and I have come to the conclusion that they bring females together. For example our HIIT class women continue to complete their programs in smaller classes or individually despite me being on holidays. Our first block of antenatal classes are continuing to catch up despite our group being completed. THIS is what its all about people! MOTIVATING each other to LIVE HEALTHIER, MORE ACTIVE LIVES. Im extremely lucky to be working as a health professional in an area where I can encourage this change. I provided a workout sheet for all my regular group members because I care about their health and fitness! Well done girls for maintaining your fitness levels in my absence. P.s I did complete a HIIT session this morning- with a smaller (family) group! Missing a certain oomph!
