A message from CHESTERFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS Hello, We look forward to the day when conditions will allow for students to return to school. However, after an extensive review of secondary roads throughout the county, we have determined that day will not be Thursday. Chesterfield County Public Schools will remain closed on Thursday, Jan. 30. All 11- and 12-month employees are to report to work one-hour late. For those of you who love winter ... were hearing reports that the weather pattern for February isnt going to be any better. Stay tuned.
