A message of solidarity from IJP co-founder, Raymond M. Brown: “My wife, Wanda Akin, myself, and our human rights NGO, the International Justice Project, join the overwhelming majority of mankind, including Muslims, non-Muslims and every conceivable faith group in opposing the violence visited upon Charlie Hebdo and the Jewish community in Paris in the last several days. We hope that this widespread opposition to communitarian violence and terrorism will result in concrete steps, in addition to words of solidarity. We also hope that these heinous acts will not inspire counter violence or violations of human rights by states or other actors in response.”
