A more thorough description of the WODs and standards will be released soon but here is an overview of the Events; please remember that this is an event designed to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project and scaling is permitted, but will take your team out of the running for prize money: Event 1: Team Weighted Sled Relay: Time Cap 8 Minutes • Teams will split into M/F pairs, one pair on each end of the field. • At 3,2,1 GO! Female 1 will pull a weighted sled to the end of the course. • Female #2 will then add weight to the sled and pull it to the opposite end of the course(original start point). • Male #1 will then add weight and pull the sled to the opposite end of the course. • Finally Male #2 will add weight and pull the sled to opposite end of the course, which is the original start line. Time will be called when Male #2 and sled both cross the finish line. • Distance and sled weight TBA Event 2: Wallball and Hillrun; Time Cap 22 Minutes • Teams will split into M/F Pairs • M/F pair #1 will carry their respective Medicine Balls on a hill run • When they return from the hill run they will continue into the gym and perform 80 Wallballs between the 2 of them. They may split the wallballs in any manner that they please. • Upon completion of the 80 Wallballs M/F pair #1 will carry their respective Wallballs on a Hill Run. • When they return from their Hill Run they will hand their Medicine Balls to M/F Pair #2. • M/F Pair #2 will complete identical sequence as Pair #1. Hill Run with ball, 80 WB, Hill Run with ball • When Pair #2 crosses the finish line with their Medicine Balls, Time will be called and recorded. • Medicine Balls 30/20#, targets 10’/9’ respectively Event 3,4: 2 AMRAPS; Time 15minutes total • Teams will split into M/F pairs. • At the call of 3,2,1 GO! Each pair will begin its respective 7min AMRAP • At the call of “Time” each team will get a 1minute rest/transition and each M/F pair will switch respective AMRAPS • At the end of the 1 minute rest/transition each M/F pair will begin its second AMRAP • At the end of the 7 minutes “time” will be called and teams will be scored for both workouts. • AMRAP #1 M/F pair will complete the work together and may split reps as they see fit. • Scoring for AMRAP #2: Teams will receive 2 points for each completed 20cal Row, 1 for a partial row. While one partner is rowing the other is trying to complete as many burpee over the box as possible, once 20cal is hit they switch. All burpee over box reps will count as 1 rep. 7min AMRAP #1 20 Front Squats 185/125# 40 Pullups 7min AMRAP #2 20 cal Row ME Burpee over Box Jumps 20
