A parent asks our group: I just happened across this group and know nothing on spd....but a lot of the things parents are saying here are similar to my son. My 6 year old has nf1 but I have often thought he has some autistic traits. (I used to teach so have spent a lot of time with autistic kiddos) so my question is how did you figure out your child was spd? My son has so many of the traits you guys are talking about and I never knew there might be a name for it and some help.
