A pastor I am close with had a father who was very close to the Lord. Whenever this pastor would tell stories about his father he made his dad sound like a child completely dependent on his Father in heaven. Listening to Jesus and just being real with everyone he encountered. Many times as Christians we complicate things and try to act like Christ when we are only human. We try to attack others in the name of Christ or do things out of order or even deal with people too harshly. We do all this depending on our own strength. Were human, were flesh, I get it. Its hard to always do what the Lord wills, but we complicate things by not listening for that still small voice nudging us in the right direction. Just be his children listening for your daddys voice. Become as children. Love God, your Father. And love one another. Good night, and Amen.
