A possibility for those of us who live here in Paradise. If a big tsunami hits, were in trouble if it comes from nearby Hawaii Island, which this videos about. We live on the opposite side of Honolulu and I believe the water would still rise above us and there would be little time to escape. We live about 10 feet above sea level and 2 miles from the ocean. If a tsunami comes from elsewhere, along the rim of the Pacific, wed have a few hours to get to higher ground. In any case we would try to drive up hill and might survive. The wave height predictions are getting better. About 25 years ago there was panic, evacuation and then the wave was only inches!
