A question? This afternoon, the TV news showed OBAMA addressing some place of employment in Maryland. In his talks and statements he also talked of jobs etc.statement he made of supporting or liking/favors unions! It is not the position of the POTUS to favor or even have an opinion about those arguments, he is impartially elected by AMERICANS to direct the movement forward of the United States of America via the Presidential Powers of a Veto, and the will and vote of 2 bodies, that of Senate and House. Only the Supreme Court may interpret in things of question. Am I correct? He may appoint people in different segments of the Administration but they are not empowered to make laws, only carry them out! He may fire some, but he is not to place anyone in a job slot that is not vetted and approved by Congress? Ohhhh maybe he is so used to Suharto kind of law, (DICTATOR in fact), that he forgets which country he wanted to lead in the power grab? Perhaps it is time our DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP is called for Malfeasance, and Misfeasance of Duty in their own jobs. Maybe it is time much of the power taken by the Federal Government is stripped from their power. Not downsized Federal Government but stripped of the power and misuse of the power period!.
