A question from our inbox: I had a c section with my son 2 years ago. I was diagnosed with pre e on my due date and put on bed rest for a few days to see if labor would start. It didnt and when they admitted me for induction I wasnt favorable at all. I believe my Dr that I had because she was a big natural labor advocate. We went with the c section so my BP wouldnt continue to rise plus I was spilling protein. I was so disappointed I didnt get the natural water birth we planned. We have since moved. I am expecting our 2nd child this summer. I have an awesome Dr who is know for VBACs here. He is fine with me going to 42 weeks and laboring as long as necessary. But I am at higher risk to get pre e again because I had it and Ill be almost 38 when baby comes. I am terrified of getting it again. I am going to do all I can diet - wise to stave it off and hope I dont get it at all this time. But if I do... talk to me about vbac induction. I know its a no no, but there must be some options right? Thank you for sharing your experience! #ICANSupport
