A question to those of you who are going through the same physical fitness journey that I am attempting, I have a question? I do pretty good workouts 5 days a week...some are better than others but I am mostly okay with most of them. Now, on Tuesday mornings, I do cardio. AND, every Tuesday morning I have trouble getting past 40 - 45 minutes. The other days that I do cardio I can go 55 min (give or take 1-2 minutes). My legs just melt. Any answers? It really frustrates me to no end. And Im talking about begging for someone to drive me home tired. This is not a pity party question...
