A quick note to help any of you if you encounter problems at the drive-in. Security will be visible and if they can not help you they can find out who can. Scenario number one: You politely approach our staff, explain your concern. Solution: we do our best to help you out. Scenario number two: You rudely approach our staff, and explain your concern while name calling, insulting or cursing. Solution: security escorts you and your vehicle out. No refunds. Your complaint is irrelevant if you can not treat us with decency. Its sad that I have to post this on here, but the way many people think is acceptable to handle complaints (yelling/cursing/insulting), and the way many people on this page have talked to us I feel it needs addressed. If your calm and show courtesy then so will we be. If your not, then sorry. Its time to go home.
