A quiet day. School hollidays and decided to take a break. It is a good habit for me to get into. To allow myself the space to rest, I can reflect on wht i have achieved over the last few months and make decisions about how to go forward with this little business of mine yet still allow myself the freedom to recover. Affirmation for the week: I move forward gently taking each day as it comes.
