A refreshingly honest piece in an overwhelmingly biased state-run media. But we can offer a couple of plausible explanations as to why no bankers have gone to jail; The obvious one being the judiciary, politicians, senior regulators and Civil Servants take very seriously, their life/long loyalties to their old Oxbridge alma mater chums. Another, is they simply have too much dirt on each other. Our guess is enough to make Caligula blush....
