A salary worker and a street vender. There was a very wretched, dirty and hungry looking street vender selling pencils (petty trader) in subway station in EGYPT. One morning in a rush hour, a salary worker was rushing to catch his usual morning train. He dropped some coins in the boys container. without picking any thing, but as he was about to board the train he remembered he put money in the petty trader`s container without picking any thing from the young guy. He then came back , look at the boy with some friendly smiles and told the boy he was rushing hence he could not pick one of the pencil. The boy did not make any argument. The salary man then told him. He was like to have a job like him. besides look at how he was relaxed selling his items. But he the salary worker rushing to catch train or he would be late to work. DEFINING MOMENT AND INSIPRATIONS. years after, there was a big party to host some of the young entrepreneurs in the metropolis. The former salary worker, was surprised to see a gentleman with some group of people shaking hands with him and then the leader was saying a big thanks to him. the salary man then asked to know who was that young successful young man. The business man then, told him that he(the salary man) was the man who made him what was now. Baffled by this words from this stranger. The young guy then t reminded him what he last told him. That He was lucky to have his own business doing selling pencils. and that inspired him to be what he was now. Lessons: you see, to the young petty trader, never knew that, many wealthy and business tycoons started building their glories from either gutters or as car washers or even street sweepers. And thought what he selling was nothing but just a hungry boy trying to survive. Until the salary man made him to know that, what he was doing was indeed a job like any other work. he was inspired and encouraged to get more pencils to sells and with that he became a company owner and business man. what we always tell our children, friends and neighbors can either build them or destroy them let us chose our words and statement intelligently to make a good impact in our societies. My lovely and the GREAT Prophet Mohammed(PBUH) said: Good word (advice) is a charity So, in this faithful Monday morning try to give someone, your colleagues at work, school, those boys at our various streets trying to make living some inspirational words and ALLAH will richly bless you.
