While it is generally correct, it uses the word often in places where it should use rarely. Mustard - I have seen 2 mustard varieties that contained wheat as an ingredient. Both were imports from England. Cooking Spray - Pam Baking Spray contains wheat flour that is clearly marked. I have not found flour in any other formulation. Flavoured Yogurt - this draws on the old gluten hidden in the flavouring rumor. This is extremely rare these days. Some probiotic yogurts use oat fibre and this should be avoided until we better understand the gluten risk. Obviously yogurt with granola is not safe. As always - reading the ingredient list will give you the information you need.
