A suggsetion to you all - DONT USE THE POSTAL CIRCUS FOR ANYTHING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON. Ive been waiting for a critical package for a job Im doing for a client. According to the Postal Circus, it was to be delivered on Monday, however here it is on Wednesday, and its noplace to be found. It took less time to be shipped from a West Coast supplier to their sorting center in Kearney NJ than it has to get from Kearney NJ to here - The worst part is, I went to the inquiry and claims office in the main post office, and THE WOMAN THERE REALLY DOESNT CARE TO DO HER JOB AND TRACK DOWN MY PACKAGE. She said that it will show up eventually, and that if I wanted to actually get the service that I want, I should have spent a lot more for Express Mail. Ive had that disappear as well, so any way you look at it, theyre not doing their jobs. Then they want to raise First Class rates AGAIN? My father worked for the Postal Service for over 22 years, and he told me that they didnt give a flying fig about when stuff got where it was going, or if it got there intact - and apparently things have not changed since then.
