A timeless message...what does it take to make us happy, living in a world that has an ethos of bigger, better, faster? To the detriment of our health, our World, our wellbeing...old fashioned values where life was simpler, where our grandfathers went out to work, whilst our grandmothers raised the family and kept the house going...where people communicated and family values were at the heart of living and loving...our modern day malaise is that we have become disconnected from our own needs, from a sense of community, from our lives...death is part of the life deal, shame not to have fun exploring it and enjoying it whilst we can, instead of laying on your death bed sating you wish youd done this or that...perhaps we only really take notice when life throws a real curve ball forcing us to wake up and smell the coffee, er herbal tea... :-)
