A vote done and dusted the Lawmakers in Crimea have voted in favor of independence from Ukraine. The declaration, which states that Crimea will become independent if a majority of voters support a rederendum for joining Russia, was backed by 78 out 81 representatives present. Ukraine is left to the EU and US as the region of Cremea chose to be independent therefore Russia has gained momentum on the current standoff between it and western nations
