A word from your Primeminister. To the brave and loyal people of Chad. What great times we live in. A free Chad stands ahead, free from the tyranical yoke of Victor Aluma and the KGB. It was a monumental occasion, where you, the people, came out onto the streets, showing no fear of the outgoing dictatorship, and made your mark in a historic event, in a free election that has bought the Free Chadian Council into office. No one, not least myself, can quite express the surprise we felt when Victor stood down as President, declaring himself Emperor, and opened up the way for an election. But then no one was surprised that there were limitations that Victor put into place to limit the new governments power. Thankfully, the ISAT troops and UN do not recognise Victor’s claim to be Emperor, and following the results of the election being declared, and rumour of the KGB on their way to assasinate me, the faithful citizens of Chad rallied behind its new government, and the KGB have been scattered to the wind. So, what now for the FCC? Firstly, positions within the new government need to be filled, so we can start rebuilding our beloved country. Several positions are available within our fledgling government, and i ask any person wishing to be a part of the FCC to contact me directly. If you feel you have a certain skill set that can be of use, please, get in touch. Some positions have already been filled, D.A. Fotman is in charge of Law and Order, having done an excellent job keeping the streets safe during the election. Other positions are in the process of being filled over the coming weeks. There is also the matter of the protection of Chad’s borders, as we are currently a country without an army to protect us. Therefore There fore i propose to form The Free Peoples Militia. Once again, commanders and troops will be needed, and i look forward to seeing the ranks swell with loyal Chadians. This will include elements of KSOC and the scattered KGB members who denounce Aluma, and swear loyalty to Chad. To those individuals of the KGB still out there. Lay down your arms. Your fight is over. If you continue to serve the Dictator Aluma, bounties will be placed on your heads, as enemies of Chad. On a final note, the subject of the Knights of Azear and the Divine Brotherhood of Roy. Information has come to me, following the death of my loyal friend Yusaf Clegg Aladeen, that there is trouble brewing between these two factions. I will not tolerate this within Chads borders. There is work to be done, so we can one day bid farewell to the ISAT troops within our borders, to promote industry and trade, to harness the natural resources within the country. Put aside your differences, my brothers. The fight is now for the future, for our children, for peace and prosperity.
