ADVISORY: Attn: EXCEL-CEBU PRE-BOARD EXAMINEES As typhoon Basyang intensifies and will directly hit Cebu City between midnight to 3 a.m., some schools in Cebu already declared cancellation of classes tomorrow. Due to this development, Excel-Cebu, for reason of safety, reschedules the Pre-Board Exam on Sunday, Feb. 2 and Monday, Feb. 3 instead of Sat and Sun, Feb. 1 & 2.
