( besides Im sure you must be aware of thousands of rape cases occurring every day which are never registered for the reasons: 1- families knowingly that if they take their daughters to police stations and courts ...they will face rape by officials as well as by the system ( where common man can only dream for justice ) 2: authorities never let an FIR to get registered, where powerful figures of the area, including officials too are involved.
