AIMC BERKELEY COMMUNITY SERVICE: Now Recruiting Intern Practitioners to earn community service outreach hours @ North Berkeley Senior Centers 3rd Annual Senior Health Fair - earn up to 5 hours* North Berkeley Senior Centers 3rd Annual Senior Health Fair Wednesday, April 23 from 10am - 2pm @ 1901 Hearst Aveue, Berkeley, CA 94709 Requirements for Participation: Students must have completed OM 151, OM 152, OM 160, and CP 011-013 (OM Diagnosis I-II, OM Tongue and Pulse Diagnosis, and Observation I-III). Additionally, students should be comfortable with the NADA protocol. (An LAc will be in attendance to support you!) *Interns who arrive 30 minutes early and stay 30 minutes late to assist with set-up and breakdown will receive one additional hour for their support. Event overview: AIMC Berkeley will be providing tongue & pulse readings, NADA, and patient education to fair attendees. In addition to practicing how to promote and market yourself, this event is a great opportunity to educate people about the benefits of acupuncture and Oriental medicine, to network, and to help bring awareness to our clinic and our college.
