ALBAY PROVINCIAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL Provincial Disaster Operation Center Province of Albay PDRRMC Advisory 1 Gale Warning 3 8:00AM July 7, 2014 In view of the Gale Warning in the Eastern and Western Seaboard of the province, issued today by the PAGASA, the coastal water is expected to be rough to very rough gale force winds with an of average height of 3.4- 4.5 meters the whole day. In view of this, the PDRRMC hereby order a No Sailing Policy for small type of seacraft in the eastern and western seaboard of the Province of Albay until lifted. As such, all disaster risk reduction management councils are hereby advised to strictly implement this advisory and to report any untoward incident in their respective area due to the said gale warning.
