ALL INDIA KISSAN SABHA J&K STATE PRESS NOTE Dr. Charak appealed BSNL authorities to immediately release three months salary of watch & wards employees of BTS sites and also Enhance the Rent, watch & ward charges & improve the network of BSNL as per private companies. State President All India Kissan Sabha, J&K State, Dr. G.S.Charak has asked the BSNL authorities to pay watch and ward charges for BTS sites to the poor employees regularly, due to which they are suffering badly. He said that the three months salaries is yet balance. They should be immediately paid the three months salary. He further said that the poor have to work day & night having so many responsibilities and have no time to visit the office of BSNL for salary regularly, they should be paid regularly before 15th of every month in their account Nos. Dr. Charak also demanded to fix rent as per Private companies Aircel, Airtel, Reliance, Voda Phone etc at the rate of 10,000/= per month rent in Municipal limits & Rs. 7000/= in rural areas and also enhance the salary of watch & ward employees from 3000/= to 5000/= per month. Dr. Charak appealed Chief General Manager, BSNL & Principal General Manager BSNL Mobiles J&K state to personally intervene and redress the genuine grievances of these watch & wards employees of Mobile towers of the site with out any further delay.
