AM cardio... Tis the season! Actually its always the season to getcha sweat on... Work out that heart muscle... Expand that lung capacity! Remember our bodies are not designed to sit all day! The less we sit the better... Stand, walk, run, even lay down better than sitting! **can ya tell Im a lil fired up this AM? Lol...it hurts my heart to see people rusting from the inside out... Tired, feeling bad... And it doesnt have to be that way. Renounce the to go breakfast lifestyle... Boil some eggs and make some steel cut oatmeal in advance... Make some healthy whole grain protein pancakes in advance... Freeze and reheat... Top with almond or sunflower butter... Maybe a dab of raw honey... Fruit if you like (not canned with syrup)... Soooo many ways to change your lifestyle... Your health... And your familys. Dont wait until you have a chronic health condition or a disease... Good nutrition and daily movement are our best health insurance policy!!
