ANNOUNCEMENT: We have lots of customers who live or work far away from our shop. Because of this, we asked Lazer Music for some help or favor. They have their trucks and delivery system, and since we are partners, they happily obliged. This is in order for us to reach out to our customers. Lazer Music is helping out and trying to ease the burden that some of our customers encounter. And for that we are thankful to them. But this does not come without risks. While an instrument is in transmit, a lot could happen. Such as delays. Even established couriers have delays. And this transportation partnership with Lazer is no exception. We would like to clarify something about having Lazer Music transport your instrument to our shop. This is the usual process for Lazer Music transportation to Guitar Salon: 1. Customer goes to any Lazer Music branch nearest them and fill up some forms. They also pay P200 transportation fee, which is to and from. 2. The Lazer Delivery Team will get any guitar/s for repair at guitar salon from the lazer branch. Please take note that there is a fixed weekly schedule for delivery to any branch. For example, Tuesdays for Lazer Market Market. 3. The Delivery Team will then headback to the Lazer Warehouse first, to do some paper works. 4. Then another Lazer Delivery Team will deliver the guitar to GS. This may take 2-3 days. 5. GS receives the guitar from the Lazer Delivery Team. We usually call or text the owners of the instrument informing them that GS now has the possession of their beloved instrument. We also notify them about our quotation, suggestions, and what not. If the customer agrees to our quotations, then we proceed. Otherwise, we send the guitar back to the owner through Lazer again. Only after we have the ACTUAL POSSESSION of the guitar can the estimate time of completion commence. This is very important. 6. A Lazer Delivery Team picks up the guitar from our shop. 7. It goes back again to the Lazer Warehouse. 8. The instrument is delivered again to the branch from where the guitar was originally picked up. Thank you. \m/
