ARREST OF WANTED PERSONS: a. On 12 May 2014 at 10:00 AM at Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet, Tracker Team of Tuba MPS arrested Mario Belit Kimpa-oy, 24 years old, single, laborer, native of Iculan, Tuba, Benguet and presently residing at Taloy Sur, Tuba, Benguet by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Marietta S. Brawner, Presiding Judge of the 5th MCTC, Tuba, Benguet for Theft docketed as Criminal Case No. 3711 with a recommended bail bond of Php10, 000. 00. The copy of the Warrant was issued on 25 April 2014 and was received by said MPS on 07 May 2014. Accused was turned over to the court for proper disposition. b. On May 12, 2014 at about 4:00 PM at Camp 5, Virac, Itogon, Benguet Municipal trackers team of Itogon MPS arrested PERFECTO DEYAN PASABING, 57 years old, married, miner, native of Besao, Mt. Province and resident at the place of his arrest by virtue of a warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Francis A. Buliyat, Presiding Judged of RTC Branch 9, La Trinidad, Benguet for Violation of RA 7610 under Criminal Case Number 14-CR-9915 with recommended bail bond set at PHP40,000.00. The said warrant of arrest was issued on April 28, 2014 and was received by Itogon MPS on May 12, 2014. The accused was brought at Itogon MPS documentation and where he was temporary detained and will be turn-over to the issuing court on the 1st Office hour tomorrow for proper disposition.
