ARRESTS: Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriffs Office report additional arrests in this agency’s ongoing effort, in conjunction with the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office and Ulster County Department of Social Services Child Support Enforcement Unit, to apprehend parents with outstanding warrants for nonpayment of child support. Between January 1st and March 31st, this agency arrested 11 people with combined total arrears of approximately $226,000. Each was arrested on either an outstanding Ulster County Family Court warrant, a misdemeanor Nonsupport of a Child in the Second Degree warrant or both. The following are those arrested, their addresses at the time of arrest and their approximate respective arrears: 1. Damir Juric, 50, 15 Route 9H, Claverack, NY, $14,500 2. Ramond P. Laudati, 35, 42 Horton Road, Washingtonville, NY, $5,000 3. Joey L. Mackey, 32, 73 Moonhaw Road, West Shokan, NY, $6,200 4. Earl D. Wood, 44, 621 Shaefe Road, Poughkeepsie, NY, $68,500 5. Regina M. Robinson, 33, 290 Union Avenue, New Rochelle, NY $22,000 6. Michael A. Villanueva, 40, 40 Memorial Highway, New Rochelle, NY, $17,500 7. Carl E. Beermunder, 32, 82 Prospect Street, Kingston, NY, $10,000 8. Jonathan A. Carr, 46, 2873 Atlantic Avenue, Stottville, NY, $10,700 9. Paul C. Kozlowski III, 24, 58 Jefferson Road, Red Hook, NY, $4,800 10. Dennis J. Temple, 32, 5305 Route 23A, Hunter, NY, $13,300 11. John F. Snyder Sr., 38, 63 Mountain View Lane, Liberty, NY, $53,600 Also during this period, 3 additional warrants were recalled by the court, totaling an additional $69,950 in arrears. This brings the approximate total of enforced arrears to date for 2014 to $296,000. Each defendant was produced in the court(s) where their warrants originated. Several have either served or are currently serving jail time while others have begun making payments toward their arrears.
