ATTENTION ALL VISITORS/CUSTOMERS We have become aware that some of our customers and little over 1% of customers in the United States and as well as our own packages are missing in their system, being attempted to be delivered in the wrong state even tho the tracking number had the right address or sent to Puerto Rico accidentally due to a glitch in the U.S.P.S (United States Post Office) system. We advise everyone rather you ordered any phone from us or purchased something from another business, if you have a tracking for a package pay close attention everyday until your package gets to you. If you see it saying out for delivery in a state your not in, not appearing in their system,etc... YOU MUST CONTACT THE USPS right away to bring it too their attention and have it fixed. It is extremely hard to get in touch with their customer care, when calling to track your package and attempt to connect to customer care their automated system will say due to high call volume will experience long wait times and customer service is not available at this time. This is cause hundreds of people are calling them with problems with packages. We found a way to get in touch with the customer care at ease with the automated system glitch. HERES HOW: 1- call (800) 275-8777 2 - say track a package 3 - enter your tracking number 4 - after you verify that the tracking number with the automated system press 0 5 - if the system said customer care is unavailable at this time hang up and call from a different number/phone. Reason is because if you call back with that same number or phone the system will recognize it and ask are you calling about the tracking number you entered from when you called before 6 - once you call them back again, say track a package 7 - enter your tracking number once again 8 - verify the tracking number with the automated system by pressing 1, DONT SAY YES because it will realize its you again 9 - after you verify by pressing 1 press 0 & itll connect you with customer care within 30 seconds - 1 minute And your done, once everything straighten out and brought to their attention keep the confirmation/case number and continue to keep an eye on your package(s) until delivered. Please keep in mind packages are ending up delivered late due to this issue
