ATTENTION FITNESS COMPETITORS: Today is the official launch of Week 3: our focus point is Cardio!! We are having a Cardio Challenge beginning today and ending on February 28th. Set forth a personal goal to push yourself this week and complete more cardio then usual. Be sure to record all completed cardio in (Minutes) on your Participation Sheet at the front desk.
