ATTN CLIENTS: Due to last minute cancelations happening too frequently, I am now pushing this... You can cancel your appointment booked online or via phone, text or email, up until 24 hours beforehand. For all no show/ no cancellation appointments, there will be a $25.00 fee for a haircut and $50.00 fee for any color service. I will be notating in your profile and will send a notification out, so it will not be a shock at your next appointment. My time is as valuable as yours, and when you do not give me enough time to fill the spot, you are taking money out of my pocket. I will be sending reminders out 2 days in advance so there is no confusion on to when it is (emergencies will be excepted... Death in the family, car accident, hospitalization, etc...)
