`Abdul Nasar Maudany is not a terrorist and he is just another fabricated case like thousands of other innocents suffering in Indian jails. Abdul Nasar Maudany is a victim of terrorism. First, the RSS terrorists threw a bomb at him and he lost one leg. Then the State terrorists put him in jail for no reason for nine and a half years in Coimbatore jail. Since there was no proof for the case against him, the court released him. But there was no compensation for wasting his life for nine and a half years in jail and no action on those who fabricated him. Now, for around five years he has been suffering in Bangalore jail without proper medical treatment. It is a shame for the machineries of the executive, legislature and judiciary mechanisms in this country that a prominent citizen, a spiritual leader like him had to fight in court for a long time, just for his medical treatment when all those who commit the crimes come out of jails on false medical grounds
