About a week ago I was really inspired by a call I listened to and decided to apply for the free consult and filled out a lengthy response for each of the 10 questions and it was great to reflect and I was excited about speaking to the gal doing the consultation about everything I had filled out. Well I got an email asking me to schedule a time and was excited but the only times were between midnight and 4am Korea time. I asked her if I could schedule a time for maybe 11:00 or 11:30 pm my time... still middle of the night in the middle of the work week...but I was very interested in discussing with her and was willing to be flexible. Apparently she really didnt care and refused to try to accommodate my small request. Not only was I disappointed with that but all the time I put into drafting responses to the questions was down the tube because she took it with her. I understand the need to schedule your hours of when you work... but if someone takes the time to write detailed responses and you wont even consider flexing your schedule by a half hour ? It really detracts from everything else she spoke about in the webinar... something to be mindful of when working with others.. I have had several people who have helped to adjust a little bit to try to help accommodate my time zone but still fit it in to where its not far off of the original openings... which has been very helpful. I will unfortunately not look to work with her in the future.
